Membership Advantages, Terms and Conditions

YOLO SUPER membership is subject to these the benefits and conditions, which we have the right to change on a regular basis.
General Settings
- YOLO SUPER members have the right to purchase products at the YOLO SUPER customer price, which is indicated on the price sticker or product packaging. If there is no such indicator, please contact customer service for information.
- YOLO SUPER members have the right to choose suitable products from the selection of goods in YOLO stores and on the yolo.eu website, during the validity period of the membership card.
- If the total cost of the products added to the shopping cart, exceeds the existing limit, the purchase can be paid for partly with the existing limit and partly with another suitable payment method. The delivery/shipping fee, if selected, will also be included in the annual and daily purchase limits.
- All YOLO SUPER card types have an annual and daily limit of 1000 Euros per year and 300 Euros per day, and limits are calculated based on products regular price.
The limits can be changed via a valid e-mail of the YOLO SUPER member, containing a corresponding notice, or in the corresponding box on the yolo.eu website.
- The delivery/shipping fee, if selected, will also be included in the annual and daily purchase limits.
- If the value of the product(s) in the shopping cart exceeds the available daily or annual limit, you should choose products that are purchased within YOLO SUPER limit and after using up the available limit, you can buy products at the regular price.
- In order to make a purchase on yolo.eu with YOLO SUPER prices, a YOLO SUPER member must log in to their profile, then select the desired product and add it to the shopping cart. The system automatically detects if the given user is an active member of YOLO SUPER and allows you to purchase at the prices set for YOLO SUPER members.
- In order to make a purchase in YOLO retail stores, YOLO SUPER member must present a special digital YOLO SUPER membership card to the consultant of the YOLO store, before making such a purchase. The digital card must be on an iOS or Android mobile device, Apple Wallet, Google Pay, or Pass2U, be valid, issued in the name of the bearer, and have a sufficient limit to make a purchase. Scans, paper copies, screenshot, and more (except above mentioned Apple Wallet, Google Pay or Pass2U), not accepted.
- The product range of the yolo.eu Online store and YOLO regular stores may differ.
- A member is not allowed to hold more than one card with the same status during the validity period of the membership card.
- All cards can be purchased as a gift by providing the details of the person in whose name the card is issued.
- Card payer and card user information may differ.
Membership
- Membership is open to all persons aged 18 and over (Legal entities including companies and organizations cannot be members of the YOLO SUPER membership).
- YOLO reserves the right to refuse a membership application and to terminate the membership at its sole discretion without giving any reason.
- Members are subject to applicable YOLO terms, including confidentiality policies and rules, which are subject to change without notice.
Membership Cards and Membership Fees
- A YOLO SUPER member must pay a membership fee for one 12-month period from the registration of the cardholder.
- Your membership card is a digital card purchased by or on your behalf that must be downloaded to Apple Wallet, Google Pay, or Pass2U and be original and valid. You can use the membership card in YOLO retail locations all over the world, the membership card cannot be transferred.
- You must present your membership card to the consultant at the time of each purchase. Barcodes, photos, screenshots or other copies will not be accepted. Be prepared that the merchant may ask for your valid photo ID to make sure you are the real owner of the card.
- When making a purchase in the yolo.eu online store, you must identify yourself in an appropriate way, using the information provided when you first purchased the card.
- The consultant has the right to refuse to make a sale if they suspect that the person making the purchase is not the actual owner of the card, or if the person does not have the right to make a purchase or use the card.
- If you have used a YOLO SUPER card, but the price of the purchased product remained the same, it means that either the selected product is not included in the discount or your membership has expired.
- Immediately report a lost or stolen YOLO SUPER digital card or a lost or stolen mobile device that contained a YOLO SUPER digital card, either to the YOLO Store, send an e-mail to: info@yolo.eu or via the form on the yolo.eu website.
- The YOLO SUPER card expires immediately after the membership expires.
- If the membership has not been extended and the YOLO SUPER card has expired, the card will be deactivated immediately. In this case, the design and status of your Apple Wallet, Google Pay, or Pass2U digital card will change to the status of a regular customer. You can continue to be a loyal YOLO customer, but not enjoy the privileges of YOLO SUPER. You can always renew your YOLO SUPER membership if the store offers such an option, and you have no membership restrictions or restrictions related to abusing the membership.
Limits
- YOLO SUPER

The amount of the fine shall also be determined by YOLO, the fine for actual or potential pecuniary damage, economic or reputational damage caused or likely to be caused by the participant's actions or omissions, is also to be paid by the member. Conditions for Renewal and Termination of Membership
- After 12 months, the card is automatically extended for the next 12 months.
- You can unsubscribe at any time by going to your profile on the yolo.eu website, your personal account, My Orders section and clicking the cancel or unsubscribe button. In this case, the card remains valid and the member can use its benefits until the end of the card's validity period.
Card Extension
- YOLO SUPER membership fee is automatically charged from any Visa and Mastercard; the amount will be debited on the day of purchase of the original card.

Jäsenyys
Voit liittyä jäseneksi jos olet yli 18 vuotias.
Yolo takaa kieltäytymisen jäsenyys sovelluksen käytöstä ja lopettamisesta sen harkitsemisessa ilman syytä.
Jäsenet soveltuvat Yolo ehtoihin, luottamuksellisesti, mukaan lukien politiikka ja säännöt joihin soveltuu sääntöjen vaihtaminen ilmoittamatta.
Jäsenyys kortit ja jäsenyys palkkiot

Yolo super

Kaikki YOLO-myymälöistä ostetut tuotteet ovat vain henkilökohtaiseen käyttöön, jälleenmyynti on kielletty. Jos tuotteita myydään uudelleen tai yritetään myydä uudelleen, jäsen on velvollinen maksamaan YOLOlle sopimusrangaistuksen YOLO-myymälästä ostetun tuotteen koko hinnan suuruisena. Sakon määrän määrää myös YOLO, jäsenen on maksettava myös sakko todellisista tai mahdollisista aineellisista vahingoista, taloudellisista tai maineellisista vahingoista, jotka aiheutuvat tai todennäköisesti aiheutuvat osallistujan toimista tai laiminlyönneistä. Jäsenyyden uusimisen ja irtisanomisen ehdot
12 kuukauden jälkeen jäsenyyttä jatketaan automaattisesti seuraavat 12 kuukautta.
Voit peruuttaa tilauksen milloin tahansa siirtymällä profiiliisi yolo.eu -sivustolla, henkilökohtaiseen tiliin, Omat tilaukset -osioon ja napsauttamalla Peruuta tai peruuta-painiketta. Tällöin kortti pysyy voimassa ja jäsen voi käyttää sen etuja kortin voimassaoloajan loppuun asti.
Kortin jatkaminen
YOLO SUPER -jäsenmaksu veloitetaan automaattisesti miltä tahansa Visa- ja Mastercard-kortilta; summa veloitetaan alkuperäisen kortin ostopäivänä.
